Do I get email confirmation?

No. Other than the Paypal payment confirmation message you will not receive any other email confirming your order.
This is because the order process is being managed by humans. Rest assured though, if you've paid, and you've received a Paypal Confirmation email, then PCO will process your order! So sit tight :)

When will I receive my order?

Delivery can take up to 10 working days from the date of your order.
So if you order today, PCO would expect you to receive your parcel by Friday 19th March.

Will I get delivery tracking?

Yes. PCO update your Paypal payment with a tracking code after the parcel has left the warehouse. So keep in mind that in some circumstances you may receive your parcel before you notice the tracking code has been added. PCO should add a tracking code to your PayPal transaction by Tuesday 16th March.

Who do I contact if there's a problem?

If you have any questions related to your order you will need to contact PCO Group directly by emailing
beth.richardson@pco-group.com. Please do not contact Scott Cinemas before you have contacted PCO as they do not have access to any of your order information.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address on the PayPal payment so please ensure this is correct. It cannot be changed once payment has been made.

Do Scott Cinemas process my order?

No. Scott Cinemas do not process any of your order details and do not take payment. Your order will processed by our trusted snack food supplier PCO Group and you will make payment directly to them via Paypal. Therefore we do not have access to and cannot assist with any direct queries related to your order.
